Rohit Shetty’s much anticipated Bollywood movie ‘Cirkus’, which went on the floors last November, is still being shot in Mumbai. With Ranveer Singh leading the film, it already promises to impress.

The film was reportedly expected to wrap its shoot last month, however, we spotted the unit shooting in town today. While the makers are keeping all details under wraps, and the sets have also been covered entirely, earlier today, a source close to ETimes revealed that Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty were shooting for ‘Cirkus’ at Mehboob Studios on Thursday.

The source also revealed that they were shooting with a group of international female Russian artists decked in flashy attires with lavish headgears. Ranveer left the sets at 4:30 pm and Rohit called for a pack up at around 7 pm.

Rohit Shetty’s ‘Cirkus’ is reportedly an adaptation of William Shakespeare’s play ‘The Comedy of Errors’. According to reports on Filmfare, the film tells the story of identical twins separated at birth, only to be reunited years later, leading to a comedy of errors. Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde have been roped in as the female leads, whereas Varun Sharma is also in a leading role, portraying identical attendants to Ranveer’s characters.
