Kangana Ranaut took to Twitter to share that she will work from her ravaged office as she doesn’t have the capital to renovate the property. The actress also added that she will keep it as a symbol of a “woman’s will that dared to rise in this world.” Her tweet read, “I had my office opening on 15th Jan, shortly after corona hit us, like most of us I haven’t worked ever since, don’t have money to renovate it, I will work from those ruins keep that office ravaged as a symbol of a woman’s will that dared to rise in this world #KanganaVsUddhav”

For the unversed, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation demolished the property of the actress for structural violations. The BMC on Tuesday served a “stop-work” notice to Ranaut for alleged unauthorised construction in her office in Mumbai, mentioning 14 violations after taking note of several “illegal” alterations.

However, the Bombay High Court stayed the demolition drive and also asked the BMC to file a reply on her petition on the matter.

The HC will be hearing the matter on September 22 and until then, the stay order will continue to be in force.
