Actress Payal Ghosh who recently accused Anurag Kashyap of sexual misconduct took to her Twitter account to take a dig at his film ‘Bombay Velvet‘. In her tweet, she stated that the filmmaker gives a chance only to strugglers, failed actors and just one or two of them have “shined out”. She also added that Kashyap makes mid-budget movies and promotes them.
Her tweet read, “Mr Kashyap gives chance to only strugglers or failed actors and 1-2 among them have shined out..he makes middle budget movies and promotes those 10-12crs movies .. once he tried his hands on big project like #bombayvelvet and he failed miserably. Sad na.. !!”

Last month, Payal accused Anurag of wrongful restrain, wrongful confinement and outraging the modesty of a woman. The actress has also demanded narco analysis, lie detector and polygraph test be performed on the filmmaker.
