The release date of Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer ‘Liger’ has been announced and the makers are planning to make a grand entry in theatres. Producer Karan Johar shared a new poster of Vijay from the movie and revealed, “All set to pack a punch around the globe! #Liger is releasing in theatres on 9th September worldwide in 5 languages – Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam. #Liger9thSept #SaalaCrossbreed.” The new poster captures Vijay Deverakonda in a rugged avatar.
The action entertainer will be helmed by Puri Jagannadh, with South superstar Vijay marking his entry in Bollywood. Previously when the film’s title was announced, Vijay had shared on social media, “Someone with my background shouldn’t have reached anywhere near here according to the conventions & set Norms. But with sheer madness, passion, hardwork, Here we are!”
For a long time, Vijay has been sweating it out in the gym to build that perfect physique for ‘Liger’. In a fresh pairing, Vijay and Ananya promise to entertain fans with their chemistry. Ramya Krishna and Ronit Roy have also been reportedly roped in to play pivotal roles in ‘Liger’.
